PC Connection & Setup

Please connect to a power source before use and ensure your PC has an HDMI port.It is recommended to use the included HDMI to mini HDMI cable to connect your PC’s HDMI port to the portable monitor’s mini HDMI port (Note: DP to mini HDMI connection is not supported).When connected via HDMI, it only supports Mirror Mode (AAA), Split Mode (ABB), and Single 2nd Screen Mode (Full Screen); Extend Mode (ABC) is not supported.

The 15.6” Pro version does not have a touchscreen, bluetooth, built-in speaker, Wi-Fi and battery. It supports reverse charging, but requires a power adapter of 65W or higher. (Power Adapter Included)

How to connect three screens with a single cable?

USB C to USB C cable must be used, a single cable can connect three screens and adjust the display modes to Ultra Views or Duo Views.

Difference between Ultra Views and Duo Views models?

Ultra Views: The computer screen displays a, other two screens combine to display b.

Duo views: Three screens displaying three different contents.

If I’m using a MacBook, which FlipGo should I choose?

We recommend choosing the FlipGo Pro series. The Lite series do not support the Duo Views mode on macOS.
